Annoyed and Unable To Get Resolution
While I like the game and their innovative pricing model based on game levels, I cant say the same for the their support.
If you move from one device to the other (ie; getting a new iPhone or iPod Touch), youll have to purchase all the levels again. When I contacted support to verify that this is the way things are supposed to be, I got no response.
