Just like the real game, really cool !

I like it ... But please make the in app-purchases cheaper or more bundled , cause in comparison with the +ipad- version (3,99€) these are too much !! But i like this app :)

There is one mistake. You can unlock all levels for free. You just got to highlight the next one. I hope you fix this. Jester out.

Trouble playing with iPhone 6; crashes after each game is won. Too bad level 4 is locked & 5 not even shown as an option.

Attention to detail makes this so much better than most other MM games. Its easy to use and intuitive. Ive been playing this for a few weeks now, never gets dull!

Great game for exercising the logic muscles in your brain. I like how I can see all my guesses on the screen without having to scroll like in the other mastermind games. Nice graphics, very responsive. This game is my new addiction!

highly addictive and definitely more fun than bargained for, this app has me spending way tooo much time on my iPhone!

Ive tried some of the other Mastermind apps out there, but none of them compare to this. Either the interface is shoddy, or they dont support drag-and-drop, or it takes 5 clicks to actually put a peg and place.

I am usually very picky about app quality etc., but ultimate mastermind is amazing. Five stars, no question!

Far and away the best mastermind app available. Makes entry of codes very easy so that you just focus on the puzzle rather than mechanics. Tracks your scores so that you keep trying to improve and build tension with each game. An absolutely top app.

cmon with the ridiculous in-app purchasing/upgrade scheme. Level 1 is free, yes, but to unlock all of the skill levels in this app youre paying a grand total of $20. Sorry but there is no way this app is even close to worth that, I dont care how many pegs wide you make the board. Granted you can earn discounts toward unlocking each level if you play the game well, but youre still looking at what $10 total? still way overpriced. Nothing groundbreaking here folks - its a simple mastermind app that plays intuitively - unlike so many other poorly written attempts out there that were probably written by mostly young programming students. I love the game and would have easily given 5 stars if Mr. Neal hadnt implemented such a disappointingly weasel-like pricing scheme.

Just charge for the app. Its crazy and not worth it to pay to unlock each level. Insane!

While I like the game and their innovative pricing model based on game levels, I cant say the same for the their support. If you move from one device to the other (ie; getting a new iPhone or iPod Touch), youll have to purchase all the levels again. When I contacted support to verify that this is the way things are supposed to be, I got no response.

Well made but the full game with all pegs and colors shouldnt be more than a dollar. Instead you must pay a dollar for each additional peg or five bucks for the full thing, which is too much considering there are other better games you could get for less.

Looked okay buy the description says four peg is free but after downloading found only three peg is free and a dollar to get the fourth peg.

I like this app. Sure, it could have given you more options, but for playing straight up Mastermind its fine. My 7 yo really likes it. No real complaints.

I bought levels 5 and 6 in 2011 and they disappeared.

You CAN unlock the 4-peg level for free by winning enough 3-peg games, which isnt that hard. The interface is great - easy to choose colors, easy to rearrange pegs, several clever shortcuts, and you can lock down pegs when youve solved parts of tricky puzzles. The apps solving algorithm is fairly straightforward, but not overwhelmingly effective - easy to learn by just watching it, and you can run up a high, 1000+ rating if youre good at using a more effective strategy. I love this game!
